The vendor fee is refundable up to one week before the convention.

If a vendor cancels seven days or fewer from the start of the conversation, the vendor fee is forfeited.

Vendors are expected to stay within their assigned space.

Vendors are expected to completely empty their assigned space when they vacate it. This includes all trash. If the convention provided tables and/or chairs, those can remain in the space.
